New Member Home Page
speakers. They are greeted by the Membership Vice President who sits with the new members.
Each row of seats for new members has "Reserved" and "New Members" signs.
• First Year Members are introduced at the opening meeting. They are introduced again as
Conference "First Timers."
• First Year Member's Conference badge indicates that they have joined within the past year with
a green "New Member" ribbon. They also have a first timer's ribbon.
• A sign "New Members" will be at the Conference registration desk. The Membership Vice
President will hold a meeting for the New Members and give them each a small gift. The
Region Directors will stop by to meet the New (First Year) Members.
• A table will be reserved at the Banquet for First Year Members, if they wish to sit there.
