Houston Chinese Photographic Society held their "Top Ten" competition for 2007. The judges were: Tin Ly, Professional Photographer from San Francisco; Madeline Yale, Director of the Houston Center for Photography; and Don Pederson, APSA, Director PSA Region 9. |

In January 2008, Region Director, Don Pederson, presented Joe Sandler (President of the Houston Camera Club) with his First PSA Membership Star for sponsoring ten new members. Joe is only four sponsorships away from earning his Second PSA Membership Star ( presented for sponsoring twenty-five new members). |
